What's the difference between a PoC, MVP, and MLP?

A Minimum Viable Product (MVP) includes essential features needed for real users, with basic polish and production-ready deployment. A Minimum Lovable Product (MLP) goes further with enhanced UX, design polish, and additional features that make users truly enjoy using the product. Each stage builds on the previous, ensuring no work is wasted as you progress.

How much of the POC will be reusable if progressing to a MVP?

All of the work completed in the PoC will be fully reusable if we progress to a full MVP. The core architecture, key features, and foundational code are all designed so that nothing needs to be rebuilt—we can simply build on this foundation to expand features, polish the UX, and scale the platform.

If we decided to go separate ways after the POC is another developer able to pick it up?

Yes, absolutely. All IP and code from the PoC belong to you, and we can hand it over so another developer could pick it up if you decide to go in a different direction. However, we would not provide training to the new developer, and any documentation would only be provided if we factor in the cost to prepare it.

What's included in the discovery phase?
